Yes, once you apply, you will see one of these 4 status updates that Companies can change: Applied, Interview, Hired, Rejected

Yes, you can apply to multiple positions in the same company and different companies.

Hungry For Jobs doesn’t charge any agency fee on our Self Service Platform, but we do charge 1 month's salary for our Headhunting Service.

Our headhunting service is a fully managed recruitment solution.
• The company contacts Hungry for Jobs directly and shares their hiring needs (role, experience, salary, availability, etc.).
• Our team actively searches, screens, and shortlists candidates based on those requirements.
• We contact candidates ourselves, verify their details, and ensure their profiles and CVs are accurate.
• Only relevant and qualified CVs are sent to the company via email or WhatsApp.
• The company only interviews candidates that already match their needs.
Pricing
• We charge one month’s salary for each successful hire made through our headhunting service.
• To begin the process, the company must commit by paying a fixed KD amount upfront before we start working on the role. This ensures priority handling and serious hiring intent.
This option is ideal for companies that want to save time and effort and prefer experts to handle the entire hiring process.

• The company contacts candidates directly without our involvement.
We offer three affordable subscription options, allowing businesses to hire at their own pace and budget.
This option is ideal for companies that prefer a hands-on approach and already have time or internal resources to manage recruitment.
